Manish is a partner at Transition Metalkraft. He comes with an engineering background in IT and post graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from Pune university. He has worked with some of the leading IT companies in India and abroad for over 16 years. He has excelled and achieved various awards and recognitions in the field of branding and digital marketing.
Manish has completed his engineering in IT from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), Nagpur and MBA with Dual Specialization in Marketing and Finance from SIOM, Pune.
In his free time, Manish likes to spend quality time with his friends and family. He also likes to travel, explore new places and trying regional food. He is extremely fond of watching movies.

Vinay is a partner and technology evangelist with over 18 years of extensive experience in the field of manufacturing. He has worked with some of the reputed brands such as Caterpillar, Mahindra and Mahindra, Kirloskar, Tata Motors & Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd. He has a proven track record of contributing in various complex projects and succeeding in the defined role. He has a very sound knowledge on Hydraulic systems and filed two patents while working with Mahindra & Mahindra in Nagpur.
Vinay has completed his degree in Mechanical engineering from Nagpur University and completed a lot of online trainings and certifications hosted by some of the very reputed institutes in India.
Vinay loves travelling, learning new technologies and spending time with his family.
